DHC Supplies, Inc, the parent company of our online store, Cutting Edge Building Supply has a mission to help you start and complete your projects in a timely and cost efficient manner. If you are not successful then we are not successful. We are an employee-owned company who understands the importance of providing top notch service. Should you ever feel you are not getting the service you require please call us immediately @ 800-323-2999. We will do everything possible to rectify the problem.
Standard Shipping
Subject to availability all orders are shipped either same day or the next business day. If we are out of stock of an item you will be notified immediately as to the estimated shipping
date. No charges will be made to your credit card until the item is available for shipment.
Shipping Areas
At this time we can only ship to United States customers unless prior arrangement is made. Please contact the On Line Sales Department or call 775-358-5644 if you are an
international customer.
Returns (less than 30 days)
Any unused stock items can be returned for full credit within 30 days - No Questions Asked! Customer must pay shipping charges both ways unless prior arrangements are made.
Please call 800-323-2999 for authorization. Used items can only be returned if the item is defective. However DHC Supplies reserves the right to replace the item instead of issuing credit.
Returns (more than 30 days)
Stock items kept for more than 30 days may be subject to a restocking charge depending on the reason for the return. Please call 800-323-2999 for authorization before you ship
an order back. Customer will not be credited for shipping and must pay shipping costs to return the item(s).
Special Orders
All special sales are final. Special orders will must be paid before item(s) are ordered. Delivery date will be estimated but cannot be guaranteed.

All information we receive from our customers will be held in the strictest confidence. We do not sell or trade information with any other company or group. Additionally we will never
solicit further business from you through e-mail or phone solicitation without prior permission.
